The Four Disciplines of Execution (Session 2)

This event has ended

It is estimated that ~70% of strategies set by organisations and companies fail or fall short of expectations. There is no point investing resources to formulate a great strategy or action plan if you fail to EXECUTE. Most executives and businesses have well thought out goals and strategies, but execution can fall short because of the pressures of a fast-paced world.

The Four Disciplines of Execution is about a simple, proven formula for reaching your goals in business and in life. During this session we’ll delve into what Author Sean Covey coined "the Whirlwind" - the number one thing that undermines our ability to execute goals. As Covey shows, the only way to execute new, important goals is by separating what’s important from the Whirlwind.
