Our team has shifted to remote working, as at 24 March 2020.
In light of the COVID-19 crisis and the recent guidance provided by the State and Federal Governments with regard to social/physical distancing, we have made the decision to shift to remote working as at 24 March 2020. We are unable to provide an end date as this is an evolving situation - we will make the decision to restore normal in-office business operations as we are able.
We do not make this decision lightly, but given the virus's rapid rate of spread, we believe it to be the correct and safest decision for our team and our clients. Protecting the health and safety of our community is paramount.
Our cloud-based technologies allow us to continue providing our services remotely
As previously stated, we have invested heavily in the latest technology over the past few years, this means we can keep assisting you no matter what. All members of our team are set up to work remotely and have access to all the systems and tools they use daily to assist you.
Important to note, moving forwards:
- All client meetings will be conducted online via Zoom (or another preferred method at your request).
- All documentation should be sent to us digitally by email.
- If you are unable to provide your documentation digitally, please let us know and we will organise a different method on a case by case basis.
- Our contact information remains unchanged. Please call (08) 9217 2400 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for all meeting requests, inquiries and/or questions.
If you sent documents/mail to us recently, rest assured that we will still be checking our mail on a regular basis.
If you/your business are struggling to make sense of the current situation, please contact us.
We're here to help you through this strange and challenging time. Please feel free to pick up the phone and give us a call at (08) 9217 2400. We're happy to chat with you about anything you need clarity or guidance on.
Thank you for your support, and stay safe and healthy.
